VAD s.r.o. is a European technology company headquartered in Slovakia, specializing in the development of telemetry solutions and intelligent software for energy metering. We invite government agencies, utility operators, energy companies, municipalities and private investors to cooperate to implement a large-scale digital transformation in the field of gas, water and heat metering.

Our solutions

We offer a full-fledged digital ecosystem for automated and transparent energy metering:

• VAD telemetry units compatible with existing gas, water and heat meters.
• Intelligent IoT platform, including:
  • Personal account for consumers with access to analytics, payment history and notifications.
  • Centralized control panel for operators and government agencies.
• Integration with housing and communal services and commercial facilities: restaurants, hotels, retail spaces, etc.
• Possibility of scaling at the city, regional or country level.

Financial model

Our system operates on a subscription model, which makes it affordable and predictable for the budget:

• Subscription:
  • up to 100,000 users — 2 euros/month
  • over 100,000 users — 1 euro/month
• Equipment:
  • up to 100,000 telemetry units — 50 euros/unit
  • over 100,000 units — 40 euros/unit

OpenSource Software

The software is developed by VAD specialists and is installed free of charge. At the request of partners, we are ready to transfer source codes and documentation for integration with national or industry platforms, subject to confidentiality and licensing conditions. Benefits for consumers
